Mediterranean Almond bread

Alas, I have the uncooking bug. I made Russell James' Mediterranean Almond bread and indeed, it tastes as 'lish as this picture looks! There is a nutless version that I am going to try this weekend, but I gotta admit that I'm not hard pressed to change the ingredients. The most notable aspects of this bread are that it is much more flexible than some vegan breads and it's the first one I've tried with fruit, which definitely made a difference by adding a light sweet flavor.
