Apple Chowder

I saw this quirky video a couple of months back of an afroed young lady by the name of Tanja preparing a delicious breakfast of apples, nuts and cashew butter - "Apple Chowder." This morning I had a craving for the stuff and zipped it up in my FP in a matter of minutes. It's good. It's simple. It's raw. Here's the link to the video.
